Our community is open to organizations interested in, considering, trialling, or introducing a productivity-focused, reduced-hour, or 4-day workweek. As a member of our community, you will gain access to support, resources, and a network of like-minded individuals who share your goal of improving the way we work.

The 4 Day Week Global community is an innovative and forward-thinking space that fosters trust, belonging, and a sense of community among its members. We believe in putting people first and are constantly looking to experiment and try new things to become the best versions of ourselves. Our community is built on the foundation of shared experiences, open communication, and learning from each other's perspectives.

Our community measures its success by tracking the number of successful trials, answering and supporting member questions, and monitoring engagement and satisfaction levels among our members. Our goal is to create value for our members by providing them with the resources, support, and connections they need to achieve their goals.

Joining our community is easy, as the onboarding process for new members is through an email with access to Notion and Circle platforms, which will help you access the Onboarding Guide and all the necessary information for onboarding into the community. Membership is monthly or yearly, and members are free to leave the community at any time by not renewing their subscription.

At our community, members share their experiences with the 4-day workweek trial, providing valuable feedback and insights to help the community achieve its overall goals of improving productivity and worker health outcomes. We host rituals that enhance the community experience, including office hours, workshops, sharing knowledge, and participating in events and conferences, which deepen the bonds among members, embody our values, and mark specific milestones in the membership experience.

Valuable content for the community includes stories of members and their experiences with the 4-day workweek trial, conversations about challenges they face, connecting members on different topics, and members sharing their resources and experiences. This type of content encourages members to share their experiences, support one another, and learn from each other's perspectives, which in turn helps build a rich and diverse community of learners.

Our community uses various channels to communicate and gather information, including an extensive library on Notion, the community platform on Circle, live streams, and office hours. Members communicate internally through emails and Circle and externally through promoting initiatives on social media. We encourage you to join our community and become a part of the global movement towards a better way of work.

Participation

Being part of the community is a valuable aspect of your involvement with reducing work time. Your access comes if you join a pilot program and continues after you have finished. This allows you to track your journey through pathway, certified and the most importantly, master. We look forward to having you join us.
