What is it?
Our Consulting offering is a bespoke program where we use our tools, experience and experts to support larger organisations to investigate and potentially trial a 4 day week. You receive expert guidance and mentoring from our team who have worked with a variety of organisation sizes and sectors globally. We can design an offering to help you determine what a 4 day week would look like for your workforce, locations and functions.
Who is consulting suited to?
Organisations who use the full suite of our consulting services are often larger companies with 500FTE plus. In these cases we can help them through every stage of the journey from building the vision for what their 4 Day Week Trial will look like, through to co-designing their roadmap, implementation steps, evaluation and also providing mentoring, coaching and troubleshooting throughout the journey.
Some organisations may just want to pick and choose specific parts of the journey where they require support. For example - we can help you co-design the roadmap and you take care of the implementation process.
