Debbie Bailey is a transformational leader passionate about mentoring and helping organisations create practical changes to improve the way we work. Debbie has 25 years experience working in a variety of Government and For Purpose leadership roles. Her experience crosses over several different sectors including: Local Government, Community and Regional Development, Museums and Mental Health. Debbie is a change agent and innovator and successfully implemented the 4 Day Work Week in her previous organisation before joining the team at 4 Day Week.
Debbie has a Bachelor of Business Communications, a Masters of Business Administration, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an experienced Company Secretary, Chairperson and Director of not for profit and commercial Boards.
