Outcome: A clear set of success criteria and organizational intent - core inputs to any business case.

  • Learn how to measure what matters, build practical dashboards, and use data to justify next steps.

Outcome: A leadership-ready measurement framework to underpin future decisions.

  • Identify hidden inefficiencies, unlock hours, and redesign workflows that strengthen your business case and future trial readiness.

Outcome: Evidence-backed productivity improvements and insights for inclusion in your business case or implementation plan.

Outcome: A draft reduced-hours model (or multiple options) to present to leadership.
